What Are We Working On?
- 240 units of affordable housing including: 101 units of permanently affordable homeownership, 77 cooperative housing units and 62 rental units
- Trina Persad Park and Playground
- Lewis Place Mini Orchard
- West Cottage Farm and Community Greenhouse, operated by The Food Project
- Magnolia Garden, Folsom St. Garden, Woodward Park Healing Garden and The Garden at Magnolia and Alexander Streets.
- Dudley Neighbors Inc Community Building (DNICB)- a 20,000 commercial space with four local tenants-- two small businesses, one arts and social engagement (ds4si) non-profit and one CDC (Dorchester Bay EDC).
- 492 Dudley St-- a 2.5 story commercial building that is home to Giselle's Flowers.

- Redevelopment of 572 Columbia as a part of the Uphams Corner Arts and Innovation District
- Development of 12 new affordable homes
